TRY AGAIN! Actually the lamp will last longer! In fact, that is the reason people put 130 volt lamps in 120 volt sockets. CORRECT! The efficacy of the filament decreases; not only is the lamp operating at lower watts, it is also producing fewer lumens per watt! TRY AGAIN! The filament will indeed light up, although it may not burn very bright! TRY AGAIN! The opposite is true: the lamp is producing less heat than a similar 120 volt lamp.
